Product Usage:

Dabco NE1070 is a non-emission gel-type polyurethane low-odor catalyst, it will react into the polyurethane matrix, so it will not produce organic volatiles;

Analysis by the vehicle emission standard VDA 278 method shows that Dabco NE1070 has no volatile emissions after the reaction, which solves the problem of odor and emissions when the catalyst is used in the automotive industry, resulting in fogging of the windshield and vinyl staining, so Dabco NE1070 Especially suitable for the production of flexible polyurethane foam for vehicles;

Dabco NE1070 is a non-emission substitute for Dabco 33-LV and can also be used in rigid foam and CASE applications;

Dabco NE1070 can be used for water-foamed TDI or TDI/MDI high resilience foam (HR) and TDI/MDI or MDI type cold-cured polyurethane foam;

The recommended usage of Dabco NE1070 in the MDI system is 0.50-1.5PPHP (per 100 parts of polyol), and the recommended usage in the TDI system is 0.4-0.7PPHP.



Dabco NE1070 catalyst is the second generation of new non-emission (NE) gel catalyst for diphenylmethylene diisocyanate (MDI) and toluene diisocyanate (TDI) polyurethane foamed flexible molded foam. Dabco NE1070 catalyst can form a tight chemical bond with the polyurethane foamed plastic matrix while maintaining foam performance. Used in automobile manufacturing, this product can eliminate the odor and volatile organic compounds caused by the polyurethane catalyst, causing fog on the windshield and staining of water drops and polyethylene plastic.
