NTCAT SA-1 is also mainly used as an epoxy resin curing agent, but also as an epoxy latent curing accelerator, NTCAT SA-1 is mainly used for light-emitting diodes, coils, transformers, diodes, transistors, integrated circuits, casting and encapsulation accelerator as well as epoxy powder coating accelerator.

Product description:

POLYCAT SA-1 catalyst is heat-sensitive, delayed reaction polyurethane catalyst. The catalyst has a low POLYCAT SA-1 catalytic activity at room temperature, which can be rapidly increased with increased heat, approaching the activity of metal salt catalysts.

POLYCAT SA-1 has little effect on the rate of reaction and fluidity in the early stages of the foaming process in conventional amine catalyst systems, and mainly acts in the later stages of the foam reaction to dramatically accelerate the maturation time and thus shorten the demolding time.

The appearance of the product is light gray liquid, low viscosity, with a slight amine odor, easily soluble in water, soluble in most organic solvents. It is easy to absorb carbon dioxide and moisture in the air, so please close the lid tightly and store in sealed condition.

Applications:

POLYCAT SA-1 is recommended for use in conjunction with other conventional catalysts. In self-skinning systems: shortens demolding time, improves productivity and does not affect pre-emulsification time; can also be used in formulations for 141B foams, all-water foams, and rigid foam sheet systems.

Storage and transportation:

Should be sealed and stored in dry, cool and ventilated warehouse.

Packing:

180KG/drum Storage: it is recommended to store in dry and cool area with proper ventilation. Please fasten the package cover as soon as possible after the original packaging to prevent moisture and other substances from mixing and affecting the performance of the product. Do not inhale dust and avoid contact with skin and mucous membranes. Smoking, eating and drinking are prohibited in the workplace. After work, shower and change clothes. Store contaminated clothes separately and reuse them after washing. Maintain good hygiene practices.
