Product Usage

DABCO DC1 is a delayed strong gel catalyst, which can be used for polyurethane flexible molding foam, especially suitable for NVH field, and also used for polyurethane molding materials;

DABCO DC1 can be used alone or as an auxiliary catalyst in combination with other amine catalysts. When used as an auxiliary catalyst, there will be no obvious changes in the early stage, but shorten the later aging time.

 

Introduction:

DABCO DC1 catalyst is a delayed catalyst for polyurethane foam, which can promote the reaction of urethane (polyol-isocyanate). DABCO DC1 catalyst can delay polyurethane foaming time, while maintaining a strong back-end curing, especially suitable for polyurethane foam molding foam for NVH applications. DABCO DC5LE catalyst can be used in applications requiring low amine emissions or no amine emissions.

DABCO DC1 catalyst can be used in polyurethane flexible foam, rigid foam and castable polyurethane CPU applications, and the reaction selectivity of specific systems is extremely flexible. Due to its versatility, the level of product use depends on specific processing needs and applications.

DABCO DC1 catalyst can be used in combination with DABCO DC2 catalyst, and the use level needs to be adjusted to meet specific reactivity requirements. In the existing system, the low content of DABCO DC1 catalyst can also be used as a co-catalyst to enhance the curing of the system, but due to its delayed activity, it will not significantly change the front-end reaction.

Smoking, eating and drinking are prohibited in the workplace. After work, shower and change clothes. Store contaminated clothing separately and wash it before reuse. Maintain good hygiene habits. The company recommends that all polyurethane catalysts be stored in a dry and cool place with proper ventilation. All storage containers must be well sealed to avoid contact with water or other influential substances, because this may change the performance of the product in use. The storage temperature is 10°C to 30°C. Lower or higher temperatures are not suitable and should be avoided as much as possible.
