Dabco TL catalyst is a low-odor strong foaming tertiary amine catalyst, which can promote the early foam strength of soft polyurethane block sponge formulations, balance the reaction curve, and reduce amine emissions. Using Dabco TL catalyst can obtain fine and uniform cell structure, with a wide processing range.

Application areas:

It is recommended to use Dabco TL catalyst for MC foaming soft slab foam and suitable for medium to high density, high rebound and slow rebound sponges.

Use a horizontal-block foam system

It is recommended to use 0.2-0.5 pphp Dabco Dabco Dabco TL catalyst.

Use grade-molded foam system

It is recommended to use 0.2-0.6 pphp Dabco Dabco TL catalyst in MDI system and 0.1-0.4 pphp Dabco Dabco TL catalyst in TDI system respectively.

 

Product Usage:

Dabco TL is a low-odor strong foaming tertiary amine catalyst, which can promote the reaction in equilibrium;

Dabco TL catalyst partially reacts in the polyurethane foam matrix, so it can reduce VOC emissions and accelerate post-curing;

Dabco TL can be used as the main catalyst for the production of water-foamed polyurethane flexible block foam;

Dabco TL can be used for flexible polyurethane slabstock foam where the production line temperature will gradually increase.

Keep unopened for two years

 

Storage and transportation:

Should be sealed and stored in a dry, cool and ventilated warehouse

Smoking, eating and drinking are prohibited in the workplace. After work, shower and change clothes. Store contaminated clothing separately and wash it before reuse. Maintain good hygiene habits. The company recommends that all polyurethane catalysts be stored in a dry, cool and properly ventilated place. All storage containers must be well sealed to avoid contact with water or other influential substances, because this may change the performance of the product in use. The storage temperature is 10°C to 30°C. Lower or higher temperatures are not suitable and should be avoided as much as possible.
