Product Usage

Dabco PT303 is a strong foaming low-odor tertiary amine catalyst with similar performance to Polycat 5, but the odor is much lower than Polycat 5 and can strongly catalyze the reaction of urea (water-isocyanate);

Dabco PT303 can be used for different types of rigid foam plastics, especially rigid spray foam;

The dosage of Dabco PT303 can be adjusted according to the formula, actual application and requirements;

Dabco PT303 can be used in spray foam with Dabco PT302 and Dabco PT304.

 

Introduction:

Dabco PT303 catalyst is a high-efficiency polyurethane composite tertiary amine, which can strongly catalyze the urea (water-isocyanate) reaction of hard spray polyurethane foam, thereby greatly increasing the foaming reaction time. Dabco PT303 catalyst contains groups that can react with isocyanate and can form a chemical bond with the polyurethane foam matrix to reduce the odor of spray foam.

The company recommends that all polyurethane catalysts be stored in a dry, cool and properly ventilated place. All storage containers must be well sealed to avoid contact with water or other influential substances, because this may change the performance of the product in use. The storage temperature is 10°C to 30°C. Lower or higher temperatures are not suitable and should be avoided as much as possible.
