NTCAT SA102 is an organic amine salt compound, does not contain metal components, and is an environmentally friendly low odor heat-sensitive catalyst. The reaction rate at room temperature is relatively gentle. When the temperature of the system reaches 60~65℃, the catalytic reaction proceeds quickly.
NTCAT SA102 is commonly used in two-component adhesives, coatings, elastomers, bridging agents, high-temperature quick-drying accelerators, fabric coatings, leather finishing agents, etc. Recommended addition amount: 0.5‰~3‰.
NTCAT SA102 can be used in combination with methylhexahydrophthalic anhydride to prepare highly transparent products. It is mainly used for the production of LED adhesives and other products. The recommended dosage is 2 to 5% of the curing agent.
PolycatSA-102 catalyst is a polyurethane catalyst with thermal sensitivity and delayed reaction. At room temperature, the activity of Polycat SA-102 catalyst is very low. When the heat is increased, the activity can be rapidly increased, which is close to the activity of metal salt catalysts.
In the conventional amine catalyst system, PolycatSA-102 has little effect on the early reaction rate and fluidity during the foaming process. It mainly acts on the late stage of the foam reaction, which can greatly accelerate the curing time and shorten the demoulding time.
The appearance of the product is light gray liquid with low viscosity and slight amine smell. It is easily soluble in water and soluble in most organic solvents. It is easy to absorb carbon dioxide and moisture in the air, so please close the lid tightly and store in a sealed condition.

PolycatSA-102 is recommended to be used together with other conventional catalysts. In the self-skinning system: it can shorten the demoulding time, improve the production efficiency without affecting the early milky time; it can also act on 141B foaming, full water foaming and hard foam sheet systems In the recipe.
Polycat SA-102 can also be used as an epoxy resin accelerator, mainly used in light-emitting diodes, LED packaging, etc., the heat release is slower, so that the resulting product has high transparency and yellowing.
