Introduction:

Polycat 31 catalyst is a low-odor tertiary amine designed for low-density, water-foaming, open-cell spray polyurethane foam (SPF).

Compared with BDMAEE [bis(dimethylaminoethyl) ether] catalyst, Polycat 31 catalyst has the ability to reduce the “smoked eyes” or “blue mist” during construction and improve the production operating environment.

Product Usage:

Polycat 31 is a non-emission amine catalyst, mainly used in low-density, water-foaming open-cell spray polyurethane foam (SPF);

Polycat 31 can be used as the main catalyst alone or as a co-catalyst to reduce the amount of BDMAEE-based foaming catalysts (eg DABCO BL-11, DABCO BL-19).

Should be sealed and stored in a dry, cool and ventilated warehouse

Smoking, eating and drinking are prohibited in the workplace. After work, shower and change clothes. Store contaminated clothing separately and wash it before reuse. Maintain good hygiene habits. The company recommends that all polyurethane catalysts be stored in a dry, cool and properly ventilated place. All storage containers must be well sealed to avoid contact with water or other influential substances, because this may change the performance of the product in use. The storage temperature is 10°C to 30°C. Lower or higher temperatures are not suitable and should be avoided as much as possible.
