NTCAT SA102 is an organic amine salt complex without metal components, and is an environmentally friendly, low-odor heat-sensitive catalyst. The reaction rate is relatively flat at room temperature, and when the system temperature reaches 60~65℃, the reaction is rapidly catalyzed.

NTCAT SA102 is commonly used in two-component adhesives, coatings, elastomers, bridging agents high-temperature fast-drying accelerators, fabric coatings, leather finishing agents, etc.. Suggested additive amount: 0.5‰~3‰.

NTCAT SA102 can be used with methyl hexahydrophthalic anhydride to prepare high transparency products. It is mainly used in the production of LED adhesive and other products, the recommended additive amount is 2~5% of the curing agent.

Product Description:

PolycatSA-102 catalyst is a thermosensitive, delayed reaction polyurethane catalyst. The catalyst has very low Polycat SA-102 catalyst activity at room temperature, and the activity can increase rapidly with increased heat, approaching the activity of metal salt catalysts.

PolycatSA-102 has little effect on the rate of reaction and fluidity in the early stages of the foaming process in conventional amine catalyst systems, and acts mainly in the later stages of the foam reaction, dramatically accelerating the maturation time and thus shortening the demolding time.

The appearance of the product is light gray liquid, low viscosity, with a slight amine odor, easily soluble in water, soluble in most organic solvents. It is easy to absorb carbon dioxide and moisture in the air, so please close the lid tightly and store in sealed condition.

Applications:

PolycatSA-102 is recommended to be used together with other conventional catalysts. In self-skinning systems: it can shorten the mold release time, improve the production efficiency without affecting the pre-emulsification time; it can also be used in the formulation of 141B foam, all-water foam, and rigid foam sheet systems.

polycat SA-102 can also be used as epoxy resin accelerator, mainly used in light-emitting diodes, LED encapsulation, etc., the exothermic more slowly, so that the resulting products have high transparency, non-yellowing.

Please fasten the package cover as soon as possible after the original packaging to prevent moisture and other substances from mixing and affecting the performance of the product. Do not inhale dust and avoid contact with skin and mucous membranes. Smoking, eating and drinking are prohibited in the workplace. After work, shower and change clothes. Store contaminated clothes separately and reuse them after washing. Maintain good hygiene practices.
