Dabco 33-LX has an important influence on promoting the reaction of urethane (polyol-isocyanate) in various flexible and rigid foam applications.

 

Dabco 33-LX can be used in the automotive interior sponge industry with VOC and atomization requirements. Due to the non-dispersing solvent carrier, it can reduce emissions and cause fogging of the windshield.

Suggest:

The Dabco 33-LX catalyst can replace the Dabco solid amine (triethylenediamine) catalyst at a 3:1 ratio in all foam formulations. For example, 0.3 pphp Dabco 33-LX catalyst replaces 0.1 pphp Dabco solid amine (triethylenediamine) catalyst;

The amount of Dabco 33-LX catalyst is exactly the same as Dabco 33-LV catalyst.

 

Storage and packaging:

Air Chemicals recommends that all polyurethane catalysts be stored in a dry and cool place with proper ventilation.
