NT CAT T-120 is a strong gel catalyst for polyurethane.
NT CAT T-120 is a strong gelling catalyst that catalyzes the reaction of -OH with -NCO in the polyurethane industry;
NT CAT T-120 has higher catalytic activity compared to T-12, and also has better hydrolysis resistance and storage stability, and is mainly used in polyurethane glues, microcellular elastomers and hard foams.
Tin Catalyst Dabco T-12
Dabco T-12 (dibutyltin dilaurate) is an organotin compound with a high boiling point. It is used as a highly efficient catalyst in the manufacture of polyurethane foams, coatings, adhesives and sealants. Although pure dibutyltin dilaurate is solid at room temperature, our Dabco T-12 has been specially treated to be liquid above 18℃. Due to climate change, the physical properties of T-12 may change. If there is any change, customers should warm T-12 up to 65℃.
Dabco T-12 catalyst is useful in the manufacture of rigid polyurethanes. In applications where the use of an amino catalyst alone presents a catalytic deficit, an organometallic such as Dabco T-12 catalyst creates a synergistic effect of increased activity with the Dabco amino catalyst, making it suitable for use in the manufacture of rigid foams where high rates of catalytic activity are required. High density structural foams, spray wall insulation and rigid panels are all manufactured in high speed lines.
Dabco T-12 can be used in one-component moisture-curing polyurethane coatings, two-component coatings, adhesives and sealants.
